Coal Bed Methane
During the boom and bust cycles of the energy industry, one must be able to adapt quickly to the demands of that industry. JLM Engineering, Inc. has adapted to these needs. JLM Engineering, Inc. provides many services for its’ coal bed methane clients. These include: water management plans, compliance monitoring plans, reservoir design, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, all aspects of permitting, well staking, and construction services. Along with permitting, JLM Engineering, Inc. works closely with its’ clients to ensure compliance with the permits. Construction services include administration of contractual requirements, on-site inspections to assure compliance with project specifications, surveying, and project closeout.
Powder River Basin: JLM Engineering worked closely with CBM clients and WDEQ, WOGCC, and WSEO representatives on management plans and procedures. Designed numerous CBM water discharge containment reservoirs, which range in size from 2 to 20 acre-feet. Also included was the preliminary surveying, contruction staking, and construction administration.
