JLM Engineering, Inc. offers experience in the design and construction of a number of municipal improvements, including water and wastewater delivery and collection systems, and street maintenance.  Design services include hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, sanitary sewer collection, storm water analysis, geometrics, plan preparation, detailed cost analysis, specifications, and bidding assistance.  Construction services include administration of contractual requirements, on-site inspections to assure compliance with project specifications, surveying, and project closeout.

Shiloh Addition: JLM Engineering was responsible for all aspects of the design including water, sewer and storm sewer systems, road construction and lot locations. Also coordinated the field survey, cost estimates, specifications and construction.

Other notable projects :
City of Buffalo Water Tank and Pipeline
, City of Buffalo, Wyoming: JLM Engineering conducted field surveying of the original ground surveys of the waterline alignment and of the proposed waterline alignment, along with the proposed water tank site. Negotiated with land owners for easements.
Western Avenue Storm Sewer, City of Buffalo, Wyoming: JLM Engineering was responsible for the design of the storm sewer system, including plans, specifications, and construction administration.
KOA Campground, City of Buffalo, Wyoming: JLM Engineering was responsible for design and drafting of water and sewer system to conform to WYoming DEQ standards and completing the necessary WDEQ permits.
