Transportation

Much of JLM Engineering’s, Inc. experience is in the design and construction administration services of highway, street and road reconstructions.  Experience in projects from widening, reshaping and graveling of outlying county roads, to urban street and highway design.  Through years of working for the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT), we have developed a thorough understanding of the needs of this state agency and its multitude of programs.  Similarly, WYDOT personnel are familiar with the quality of work produced by us.   This understanding of WYDOT’s programs is particularly important for county and municipal clients, which rely extensively upon federal and state legislation for transportation project funding.  This experience with WYDOT will prove useful in understanding the new County Road Fund Program.
